in Spain on Penal Law and Reforms by Raphael Lemkin. Lemkin was a War
Polish Jurist, and later in U.S. taught at Yale. He tried all his life to
have a U.N., 1948 U.N. adopted a bill against genocide - U.S. non-signer
up to 1992 - after.
